FAU win was probably ideal for the BE bubble teams.

Nice win by St. John's. Need to win the first BET game to "lock" in their at-large bid, but if they're 5th seed I think it's 50/50 if they lose that game. I think St. John's fans should be rooting against Seton Hall, Villanova, and Providence today.

I think St John's needs to advance to the SF to lock it in. I don't think beating DePaul in a 6/11 game would help them out at all bubble wise.

My theory is games suddenly start mattering a lot less starting Friday.

Yeah I've pretty much penciled them in as #5. If they have to play Wednesday and lose Thursday, it'll be same situation as losing 4/5 game. Very nervous but still some hope.

UNLV caps off the night with a loss. Feels like the day went pretty well all things considered. Need Illini to take Iowa down tomorrow.

Fairly straightforward path to lock or at worst highly likely spot for the BE teams:

Seton Hall - Beat SJU
SJU - Beat Seton Hall
Nova - Beat DePaul and Marquette
Providence - Beat Georgetown and Creighton

SH/SJU loser will be close
Nova/Providence probably needs A LOT of help/luck if they don't manage 2 wins.

I think Seton Hall is pretty darn close to a lock win or lose. Got the help they needed.
I think Providence can get in quite possibly with only a Hoyas win.
I think St John's needs 1 win, and Nova needs 2 wins.

Nice that Johnnies fans can watch the bubble knowing we have a real shot this time. Do need to win the Hall game otherwise we'll be sweating on Selection Sunday.
