I say we go to 12- add SLU, Xavier, Butler, Creighton, and Dayton.

Pete Thamel's article in SI yesterday indicated that outside of the BE 7, Xavier and Butler were locks. He then said that Dayton and Creighton were almost locks, with SLU being the front runner for the 12th spot. These seem like solid adds. As a Creighton fan, I really hope Thamel is right. That would be a super conference!

I am a Bradley University fan. I realize the position we are in and the size of city, we are not getting in. Just seeing who goes and who may be left to join the MVC or form a new conference. I think Creighton will be a nice addition. I am hoping Dayton doesn't get in and maybe considers the Valley. I think it would be really dumb of Xavier if they don't want a close by school (Rival) in the conference. That is what makes it fun. Enjoy the excitement of the new league.

BTW if things end up for Creighton like they are for Depaul (Not Competitive) I would always like to have them back in the Valley. Same goes for Tulsa.

I'm a SLU fan (hence the username). I definitely would love to be the 10th, 12th, or whatever number it takes to get the Bills into this league.

If you go bigger than 10, the 11th and 12th had better be NCAA regulars or we're just cutting the same size pie into smaller pieces.

Creighton: 2 (1 appearance, 1 win)
Dayton: 1 (1 appearance, 0 wins)
SLU: 2 (1 appearance, 1 win)
Xavier: 14 (5 appearances, 9 wins)

dayton fan here, just wanted to correct above post because we had a win against west virginia in the NCAA's a few years back. that was 2009
